Part 1:
Lead Marketing Strategist/ Coordinator
- Liaison between SpringMo Marketing Team and SpringMo Digital Department
- Help develop multi-faceted strategies encompassing the many marketing tools that Mid-West Family has to offer that best meet the clientโs goals and objectives
- Delegate proposal creation and oversee development templates to help ease the process
- Define and inspect expectations for the implementation team
- Assist in client contact, support, and gathering of information
Part 2:
Digital Project Management
- Leads and organizes planning, development, and deployment of multi-faceted strategies encompassing the many marketing tools at Mid-West Family Marketing
- Oversee order entry to reporting (effaces on managing fulfillment)
- Work closely with the implementation team to identify tasks, processes, and other systems that can be automated or streamlined
- Assist in the identification of new digital innovations and opportunities and define if and how the brand should engage
- Ensure a positive collaborative work environment between SpringMo Digital Department and MidWest Family Services
- Help develop best practices as it pertains to communication between SpringMo Digital Department and MidWest Family Services
- Oversee with client reporting monthly and quarterly
- Act as the final point of accountability to ensure quality, timely and on-budget delivery of digital marketing tactics
- Help train the SpringMo Marketing Team on the products offered through Mid-West Family Services and beyond
- Oversee SpringMo Marketing Team in use of project management software
- Manage and connect Marketron with the Digital fulfillment team on all digital campaigns
- Regularly track and get insight into competitor's strategies
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a digital media specialist or digital marketing
- Strong time management skills
- Creative problem solving and idea growth
- Highly capable of communicating tasks, written and verbal
- Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and development process
- Ability to develop a strong relationships with SpringMo Marketing Team, Digital Department, MWF Services, and all 3rd Party vendors

- Willingness to grow knowledge of YouTube, HULU, OTT/ CTV, SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, digital targeting, website design, and development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,305.00 - $36,000.00 per year
